PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

General provisions

The policy of the St. Volodymyr Charitable Foundation regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is issued in accordance with the current Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of June 1, 2010.

This Policy applies to any personal information that the St. Volodymyr Charitable Foundation may receive from individuals and legal entities in the process of partnership or business interaction or during access and use of the website https://stvf.org.ua/

The policy also applies to the terms of use of cookies - information files with the function of saving them in a web browser, in the memory of a personal computer or smartphone, or other portable electronic device with access to the Internet. Their information serves, in particular, to recognize the settings of the website visitor and record his user preferences. Such files identify the site user, but do not reveal his identity.

In some cases, personal, including contact, information of users of the website https://stvf.org.ua/ is also protected by the reCAPTCHA service and Google's Privacy Policy.

In this document, the following terms are used with the following meanings:

website – a set of interconnected structured digital information materials (text, graphic, audiovisual), as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet at the network address https://stvf.org.ua/

personal data owner – a natural or legal person who determines the purpose of processing personal data, establishes the composition of these data and the procedures for their processing;

consent of the subject of personal data – a voluntary expression of the will of an individual (provided that he is informed) to grant permission for the processing of his personal data in accordance with the formulated purpose of their processing, expressed in a form that allows a conclusion to be drawn about the granting of consent;

depersonalization of personal data – actions as a result of which, without the use of additional information, it is impossible to determine whether personal data belongs to a specific user or other personal data subject;

identified natural person – a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular, through identification information such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier (online identifier), or through one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, socio-economic or cultural identity of the natural person;

user – visitor to the website https://stvf.org.ua/

processing of personal data – any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use and dissemination (dissemination, sale, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, including using information (automated) systems;

recipient of personal data – a natural or legal person, including a third party, to whom personal data are provided;

personal data – information about a natural person who is already identified or can be identified accurately and unambiguously;

personal data controller – a natural or legal person who is granted the right by the owner of personal data or authorized by law to process this data on behalf of the owner;

personal data subject – an individual (including a user) whose personal data are processed;

third party – any person, except for the subject, owner or controller of personal data and the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, to whom the owner or controller transfers personal data.

St. Volodymyr Charitable Foundation as a subject of relations related to personal data

The St. Volodymyr Charitable Foundation is the owner of personal data received directly from the data subject. The St. Volodymyr Charitable Foundation may also act as a controller of personal data received from another person, who assumes all risks arising from potential claims from the data subjects.

Personal data processed by the St. Volodymyr Charitable Foundation

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner's right to suspend or cancel a member's account; and much, much more.

Purpose of processing personal data

For the St. Volodymyr Charitable Foundation, the priority purposes of obtaining and processing personal data, including cookies, are:

  • enhancing security and preventing failures in the operation of the corporate website, ensuring effective verification of the identity of the user who enters into interactive interaction with the site, and setting up reliable feedback with him;

  • improving the user experience, in particular, identifying user preferences through analyzing the frequency of visits to sections and individual pages of the website, optimizing its content and functionality, and accelerating the user's access to information that is of priority to them.

Legal basis for processing personal data

The St. Volodymyr Charitable Foundation processes personal data only if the subject of personal data provides consent to their processing.

The user can provide such consent directly on the website https://stvf.org.ua/ by filling out and submitting the appropriate feedback forms, registration forms or application submission forms.

The St. Volodymyr Charitable Foundation processes depersonalized data with the user's consent and if this is permitted by the settings of his browser (cookies and JavaScript technology are enabled).

The term of processing personal data is unlimited. The user may withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending the St. Volodymyr Charitable Foundation an e-mail message to info@stvf.org.ua with the note "I withdraw consent to the processing of personal data".

Protection of the privacy of personal data during its processing

The security of personal data processed by the St. Volodymyr Charitable Foundation is ensured through legal, organizational and technical means aimed at fully complying with the requirements of national legislation in the field of personal data protection.

The St. Volodymyr Charitable Foundation takes, in particular, all possible measures to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing the personal data of the subject (including the user).

Personal data will not be transferred to third parties without the consent of the subject under any circumstances, except in cases related to the implementation of applicable legislation.

The transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state, a government body of a foreign state, a foreign individual or legal entity is carried out by the St. Volodymyr Charitable Foundation only on the basis of the express consent of the subject of personal data to their transfer.

Final provisions

If inaccuracies in personal data are detected, the user can update them independently via a corresponding e-mail to info@stvf.org.ua with the note "Update personal data".
